You will be required to take a one-time darkroom orientation, and then you can come work on your own schedule, excepting scheduled classes. Great for the 9-5 worker who wants to print late at night! The last Sunday of every month is our Women's Welding Workshop, a chance to learn the basics of metal in a comfortable environment. Taught by Jon Ricker and Christyn Overstake, this is the perfect chance to try your hand at - many many women truly enjoy working with hot metal! While the title is 'Welding', we also do forging, metal bending, and more!

We'll be testing out our new Aluminum Casting setup on Thursday, 4/14. Built by Baron and John Ricker, our new rig is built to travel! Upcoming this summer - our own Christyn Overstake will be teaching kids how to cast aluminum with it! Come on down Thursday afternoon 4pm - 8pm to help, watch, even make a casting of your own!

Every Tuesday, we host an open-house BBQ night at Watershed: Watershed PDX5040 SE MilwaukiePortland, OR 972027pm - 11pm Soon, John Ricker will be hosting a drop-in metal casting class! Mold-making begins at 6:00pm, and cost is $20 plus cost of materials. BBQ NIGHT IS FREE, so come watch them pour liquid metal!
